WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE RESERVING A SPOT TO STAY AT D DOG’S LODGE?

To sign up for our services the first step towards a day of play is to email a copy of your furry friend’s vaccination records to lodging@ddogslodge.com so that we know they are up-to-date. Once we have received the vaccine records we can schedule a meet-and-greet to get to know your pets better. We have appointment times weekdays between 1:00pm and 3:00pm, please call for an appointment. Reservations can be made immediately after the conclusion of the meet-and-greet.

WHAT VACCINES DO YOU NEED FOR D DOG’S LODGE?

D Dog’s Lodge requires specific vaccinations for our fluffy guests: Rabies, Influenza, Bordetella, and DHLPP. Proof of vaccines must be submitted to us prior to your arrival. Your veterinary provider can easily email these records to us directly or you can email us a copy yourself; whatever is easy for you. If you have an older pup and the veterinarian gives the all clear to waive any vaccine that we require, then your pup is most welcome.

CAN D DOG’S STAFF GIVE MY PUP THEIR MEDICINE?

Absolutely we can! Our staff will give any dog with prescribed medicine whatever they need to keep them happy and having fun during their stay, however D Dog’s staff cannot administer injections. Please remember to bring a prescription labeled container or a written authorization note permitting D Dog’s to administer the medication.

WHAT IF MY BABY NEEDS TO SEE THE DOCTOR?

D Dog’s Lodge’s staff are always on their toes looking out for changes in behavior. If need be, the owner is contacted immediately and the pet is either taken to his/her own vet our to our veterinarian on-call.

DO YOU LET INTACT MALES INTO D Dog’s Lodge?

Unfortunately D Dog’s Lodge does not accept any males over the age of 7 months to stay with us at our facility without being neutered. If your dog is under the age of seven months with plans of being neutered then they can indeed stay with us until they are of age.

DO YOU LET females in heat INTO D Dog’s Lodge?

Unfortunately D Dog’s Lodge does not accept any females over the age of 7 months to stay with us at our facility without being spayed. If your dog is under the age of seven months with plans of being spayed then they can indeed stay with us until they are of age.

Can D DOg’s pick up and Drop off my pet?

D Dog’s Lodge is at your beck and call. Our staff will come by the house or work and whisk away your pup to doggy daycare…just let us know where we need to go, and we’ll let you know how much it will be. Special rates do apply, call 407-960-1144 for details.

What will my pup be doing while spending the night at D Dog’s Lodge?

After a long day of play, D Dog’s staff will make sure that every guest has had dinner, is comfortable in their accommodations, and has settled down after one last bathroom break. After a good nights rest our guests will resume playtime rotations first thing in the morning.
